Da Lat's temperate climate creates the ideal environment for some of Vietnam's best-regarded agriculture. Drawing upon this as inspiration, Blue Moon's in-house restaurant, Xuan Huong serves up fresh and truly delicious dishes native to Da Lat.
RESTAURANT 'XUAN HUONG':
The Xuan Huong restaurant will please the taste buds of you and your loved ones with exquisite and varied local and international dishes prepared by our experienced chefs. The dining facilities are purposely built to accommodate everything from candlelight dinners to large business functions.
MOON LIGHT BAR:
Located adjacent to Xuan Huong Restaurant is the equally inviting Moon Light Bar. The Moon Light Bar is built for comfort, with ample lounge-style seating suggesting a casual atmosphere, with live music and great cocktails. Following a long day of golf, mountain biking or sightseeing, the Moon Light Bar is the perfect place to unwind and relax.
